At RIVER-CITY ENTERPRISE, we are committed to delivering high-quality shipping containers and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, cancellations, and refunds for purchased containers.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your container has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.

1.2 After Shipment

Once your container has been shipped, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund. However, you may still return the container under our returns policy (see Section 2 below). Any shipping costs associated with returning the container will be at the customer’s expense.


2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for containers that are unused and in the same condition as delivered. If the container arrives damaged or does not meet the specifications outlined in your order, you may request a return or replacement.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The container is in unused condition and free from any modifications or damage caused after delivery.

Note: Custom or modified containers (including containers with special fittings, colors, or modifications) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rivercity-enterprise.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide instructions for arranging the return shipment.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the container is defective or was delivered incorrectly. In such cases, RIVER-CITY ENTERPRISE will cover the return shipping fees.

  • Inspection Upon Return: Once the container is returned to our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Containers that are found to be damaged or modified after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for:

  • Orders canceled before shipment (full refund).
  • Containers returned in unused, undamaged condition within the 30-day return window (partial or full refund depending on condition).

Custom containers are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects upon delivery.

3.2 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned container, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Custom-modified or specially designed containers.
  • Containers returned after the 30-day window.
  • Containers that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

4. Damaged or Defective Containers

If your container arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your container is damaged.

  • How to Report Damage: Contact us at info@rivercity-enterprise.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to either replace the damaged container or provide a refund, including covering the cost of return shipping.
